Amazingly enough, there is supposedly a solution for the font problem.
Here is one way to get the required fonts to make the worksheet equations appear correctly:
go to
http://www.dessci.com/en/dl/fonts/getfont.asp

place the two files:
TrueType font installer:   MTW4_TrueType.exe (773k)
    PostScript font installer:  MTW4_PostScript.exe (876k)
on your desktop.
Then, install them by clicking on them.

Here is method 2:
go to:
http://www.dessci.com/en/dl/fonts/

Leave a particularly offensive email address when agreeing to things.

If you have trouble let me know. There is a third method.
Since, according to the license I am permitted to freely distribute these things.
You can find them here:
TrueType font installer:   MTW4_TrueType.exe (773k)
    PostScript font installer:  MTW4_PostScript.exe (876k)
